getting a movie in the right folder

im trying to play an mpeg movie on my sony ux50 half the movie is 138mbs but i cant seem to get it in the right folder because there noway to. when i try and move the folde it is to large a file to move. can some one give me step bystep instructions on how to do this and what program to use.

Somehow the palm filemanagers I know do not move by just chaning the FAT-descriptor, they actually copy the file and than delete the source.

This, with FAT, is bullshit and cardreaders cconnected to a pc show you that it could be done easier with just chaning the directorytable.

If you find a filemanager that only changes that and does not copy the complete file please tell me.
