sent this to the developer:
"Tried out your app. Looks great, however, your nag screen always reappeared in a lockout cycle that prohibited ANY other use of the device [NX60 Clie].
I had to do a reset to get out of the nag screen cycle. Then immediately deleted your app right out off the unit.
Thank God I had NOT checked the "reactivate on reset" button, or you would be on my list of REALLY bad people right now.
Hope this is a device specific issue and not a choice for your nag screen."

Like I said, I blow dangerous apps right off, so, I didn't spend a bunch of time trying to resolve this.
Ya might want to play with this one a bit with your info backed up fresh, just in case......
