Since Vindigo and Avantgo work similarly (in fact the early Vindigo used AGConnect), I was inspired by a Avantgo/Avantage thread (and Larry's report of successfully moving Avantgo to the launcher folder), to try moving Vindigo to the MS - it works!
For others who might want to try, I did the following:
-use Filez (or a similar app) to remove copy protect attribute from Vindigo file; not that Vindigo creates a bunch of files, but the only I touched is the main app, Vindigo.prc, that is about 980K.
-moved Vindigo.prc to MS Launcher folder. Since VindigoLink is the actual syncing program, syncs work fine. I did notice after a test wireless sync that Vindigo had been copied back to RAM (and copy protected), but I don't know if this happens every time.
