tj37 the best of all ever

i'm a hard core Palm Os user, owned a palm Vx, had the c500 Ibm (palm m500), upgraded to palm m515
when i got the tj37 i saw all infinet posibilities... this is what i do with it

besides all organizer apps

Listen to Xm type radio on wifi (Shoutout streaming radio)

remote manage my home pc via internet from any wifi cafe (using
vnc remote software)

(**my customers can't believe i troubleshoot their servers remotely with my palm)

take daily pictures (pic diary kinda)

play all my favorites nintendo games with the Pega-gc10 controler

Listen to audiobooks (256mb stick pro)

Watch some southpark on the go (30 min chapter takes 20Mb of space)

Read Ebooks (pdf)

*goddamm there isn't anything i can't do on my Tj37
even sex is better with palmasutra and sexual positions v1.0

balance and monitor expenses (Ultrasof Money, official money 2004 for palm)

track vehicle expenses, mileage, maintenance and costs (teal auto)

what else do i need? who does more?

TJ37 RULES ABOVE ALL, RESPECT YALL
but if money isnt a problem for $100 bucks you get i would get the th55

you get 320x480 resolution (widescreen) , voice recorder, + all the Tj37 has WOW!!!!

The TH55 is in most ways 'better' than the TJ37 - its got a bigger screen, its very modern looking, and it has more memory available.

BUT.. the TJ37 is smaller and lighter, yet has almost all the same features - wifi, mp3 audio, the same camera. And the TH55 is longer and heavier, and has its jog wheel in a place that many find awkward. So if you can live without the hires+ screen, you may find the TJ37 to be 'better' in the sense that its easier to access the jog wheel, and its smaller and easier to carry around.

It really depends on what use you have for your CLIE. Toy or for business. The TJ27 is not good because of its buzzer so thats out of the question, you should know that woody. I actually find the jog dial on the TH55 better than the jog dials in the TJ's because it lets you work your CLIE with just one hand. Overall, the TH55 comes down to more memory, a different processor, different preinstalled programs (CLIE Organizer, etc.), bigger screen, and some other minor things. The TJ37 is more for normal use, and for gaming as the TH doesn't have many hardware buttons.

Keep in mind that the TH55 is slower than the TJ37 and also uses the Sony Handheld engine instead of an ARM processor. The TJ runs at 200mhz and I think that the TH55 runs around 130(?). Some programs, Legacy comes to mind, won't run on the Sony Handheld Engine.

checked the "undeclock"software for TH-55. you can choose 125mHZ and lower til 66mhz.
