Make sure that the hotsync prefs in palm destop say Palm overwrites desktop, and its under
palm desktop->hotsync->custom.
its all there! good luck!

The thing is, when I go into custom and i try to change the big 4 (datebook, address, todo and memo) it won't let me change it. ANy idea why? Anybody else have any insight? Thanks for the help though :)

If you're using Intellisync, I believe you have to go into their program and not the "custom" menu in the HotSync applet. I tried using Intellisync for about 5 minutes, and then went back to PocketMirror. Much easier to use, IMHO.
Cheers!
