Best application uninstaller

I have an old version of mobi-book reader and i need to uninstall it. I tried installing the newer version overwriting the old but didn't work. Is there a way to do this, or do i need to get a third party uninstaller? aLSO WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DELETE FILES?

Or uninstall hack for OS 4 devices.

I would get the Cleanup/Uninstall combo.
