I want my clie to talk to me (preferably in a australian womens voice). I have a nx73. I understand converting wav files to alarms - but this only works for datebook, and the world alarm.
How can I get this to work for BugMe? I really want to be able choose a different alarm/voice for each note in BugMe - not a program wide preference.
Second - where can I get voice alarms (preferably in a female australian accent). e.g. 'don't forget', 'you have an appointment in 1hr', 'time to get up', etc.
I looked a program called LightWav, but couldn't get it to work.
Any help turning my clie into a personal australian secretary?

You need a friend...

Is the NX-73 speaker really loud enough to hear the voice if the Clie was in your pocket?

You might be able to use wavs from an online dictionary - one that has a 'listen to it said' button. Just have to find an aussie one.

Note: You must have the Wavs on internal memory. And everybody knows, Wavs are uncompressed and will suck a lot of ur NX. So be careful

make your own recordings. just call up someone in australia, ask them to redirect you to any female with good voice, and pay her to speak.

How does the PEG-CC5 read out your appointments and give navigation directions?
(BTW, a dropped piece of accessory for the discontinued list)

You want to talk 2 someone?
Call random people and just say hi. Don't use *67, just call them and say I was thinking about you. Then say you'll talk later because you have to go now.
Or better yet...
Stay up real late and watch any channel. Really late they show these commercials with hott females on them. Spend 4.99 a minute and you can have something talk to you.

I understand the Car Cradle will also read your emails to you.

Greetings!
Talk to you? Why stop there?
I want my Clie to go to work for me, cash my checks, do my grocery shopping, and service my car. Paying my taxes would be a nice bonus too.... but I'm not sure I trust its ability to find all the deductions I'm entitled to. Oh yeah - if it could act like a crystal ball and tell me future lottery numbers as well.... that would be SWEEEET! :D
Best wishes,
Bawko
