They let me trade in my NR for the newer NX. I just needed a new battery and they were like, um, since this isn't user replaceable you can go pick out a new PDA. I was shocked, and was impressed. I didn't want to go with the NZ cuz I couldn't afford it, and I signed up for the best buy card just for the extra I had to pay. 90 days interest free-hope they didn't somehow rip me off :-/

naw, if its not user servicable, they just tell ya to go get a new PDA, you could have gotten a SL30 (gasp!) if you wanted.
