I have to reset to stop video playback!

you have to make sure the movie isn't playing INITIALLY in landscape..
when you exit videos, make sure you click the button to return them to regular portrait

assuming that since this is in Compact Flash forums, i'm assuming you're playing it off of a CF. in which case, sorry dude. read all the threads.
