Problems with mqv's

Can someone please tell me how to get downloaded mqv's on my th-55. I downloaded the file, changed the name to the mov0001 standard, and uploaded it to the movieplayer 100mqv01 folder. But the movie player does not even see it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!!

I believe it is also case sensitve, so make sure it is also in caps.
