The easiest way I found was through a program called "skin manager" by BrochuSoftware.com. It's shareware ($5), but you can try it out for free (free version is limited to having 5 skins/status bars to choose from).

There are freeware "hacks" that accomplish this as well, but SkinManager was the easiest to use I found (I've only owned my NR70V for 1 1/2 months though).

More importantly, does anyone have any cool new skins? I saw one here for the NX (black and white) that is so damn cool. It sucks that no one is making any new skins for the NR. I may take a stab at it. I have ideas and Photoshop, but the programming part holds me up.

look for any sonipa skins in the status bar and silk skin sections, they are the best ive seen for the NR. Also try www.clieskins.com
