usable memory only.

You need to install as much as you can to the memory stick. I have over 100+ apps installed and still have 5.5mb of RAM free.

Use PowerRun. I have just about everything on it and I have 7MB free. Things I can't move like Agendus, and a few I won't move like SplashPhoto & SplashID for security reasons.
