I am looking for a program/hack to rotate the screen of an sj20. I know that the NR/NX does it automagically. I have also found "FlipHack", but it doesn't work with palmos 4.x. Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to rotate the screen 180 degrees on my SJ20? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why would you want to do that? I'm just curious. It's 320x320 so rotating it doesn't accomplish much.

I just bought a Micro Innovations Wirelesslink keyboard, which I just love. Although it has a stand with a mirror that reflects the IR signal from the Palm to the keyboard, I would rather set it up right to the Clie, just like what happens with Palms, Treo, etc. The key to this is rotating the screen 180 degrees. Neither Micro nor the author of FlipHack have been able to do this "sleight of hand" due to some particulars in Sony's version of Palm OS. I'm hoping that someone has done this for the Clie.
Thanks for the question.

Frank,
I tried FlipHack before I posted my original message. According to the documentation, it doesn't work with Clie unless the Clie is running another hack. However, that second hack disables itself whenever it runs on a 4.x machine. This is what I have found to be true, with FlipHack being unable to find the optional PalmOS function, WinScreenLock() and refusing to run. Have you been able to run it on a Clie with 4.x? Or do you know of other programs that work similarly.
TIA
Paul

Same here, I was very disappointed when fliphack wouldn't work. I used to use it on my IIIE, IIIC and others.. great little hack.
Luckily, I used it mostly to read books more comfortably, and I've found some readers that will rotate the screen. So no biggie.
If anyone figures this one out though, I'll definately be first in line to d/l a copy ;-)
