View Full Version : Agendus and a hard reset--please help

I had an unwanted hard reset today (a soft reset turned hard on its own, after installing SplashMoney 2.8). Everything was fine after syncing, except my Agendus icons...

The icon info is still there for each appt. (I can see it in the notes field in Outlook), but none of the icons are showing up, and when I select an appt. in Agendus, it says that no icon has been chosen.

Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a way to fix this problem without manually going through and selecting icons for everyone to do/appt. again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Do you have the same icon database (copy) you were using installed and named the same? If you customized the original icon database, i.e. added or deleted any icons, then you will need a copy of the same one for everything to line up right. Icons in the db are numbered (as you can see in your Outlook notes field). They do not appear in numerical sequence in the database. The database should be named "Icons-IAMBIC." Some third party icon databases cannot reside in RAM along with this database. Hope one of these hints helps!
