View Full Version : How to surf the web by cradle

This is my first time to use the palm PDA. Is it possible to surf web by using the cradle only? (I mean, without purchasing Wifi Card)

How to setup the connection? (My office is using LAN with IP like 192.168.x.x and my desktop is win2000) Thank you for help!

The last I read there was no way to do this. There is a thread on the NX forum about some beta software that might address the issue. The WLAN card, though expensive, is really quite nice for surfing away from the desktop and drivers are available to use it in a laptop or ppc.

cheaper to get a belking usb bluetooth adapter for $50 at compusa, and use that to surf

Correct, Palm OS does not support network access via the cradle.
