PXA Clocker Service leave a bad taste in my mouth

Wow ... after trying out PXA Clocker I really like it and I decided to buy it ... so everything went cool, so I've given Max (from PXA Clocker) my HotSync ID (name appears on the top right corner) is my name but the program doesn't work ... so I email Max but he kept insist " That " was not my Hotsync ID so I argue and even took the time to take the picture and send it to him ... so after a day of no reply I decided so I mail him again asking for help...Well he replied but it wasn't nice. He sure got annoyed and said ...

" I don't have time to explain you what is a hotsync ID and why pxa clockerneeds it. I refunded your payment.
