Thanks for the tip...I wonder if the 4GB will work with my NX80? If it does...looks like I might get one!

Only if you could get one....
Many people have got their MuVo2 & 4GB MD, and more people are on the backorder list.

Just remembered that anything over 2GB will not be read by the Clie. The Palm OS can only read FAT16, which can only address up to 2GB. Even if you did buy the 4GB, the Clie would have to format it and therefore only have 2GB of space. It's not to say that if you were able to get one that it would be useless. You could still use it for you computer or camera, just not our Clie's.

does anyone know palmos can use the drive if you partition the 4gb drive as 2 fat16 2gb partitions?

FAT16 + 64KB cluster = 4GB partition. The only problem is: NX doesn't recognize any FAT16 partition with 64KB cluster. I've tried a Hitachi 4GB MD on NX73, and it recognizes the first 2GB space.
