Problems with video on my 73V

Hi I was wondering if someone could help? I have some AVI files I wanted to convert and view on my Clie. I have a 256M memory Stick Pro and had plenty of room and thoght it would be great to watch things on the train.

However. when I convert the AVI files using Image Convertor and transfer them to my Clie, it can not play them!

Movie Play recognises them and opens them fine, but when I press play, the video bar skips straight to the end of the video clip and I do not see any video! It does not matter what quality O capture to either it will not play!

I have tried Kinoma in case it was the source files, but they convert and play fine!

Any ideas?

a problem could be that the AVI is using MP3 encoded audio, which image converter doesn't like
