It looks like the WebPro proxy server went down early this morning for a little bit. So I wonder out loud "What is the need for this proxy server?"

Is it watching what we browse? It is just kindly reformatting our pages? Can I keep it out with duct tape and plastic sheeting?

Thanks.

I don't know about the last part concerning the plastic sheeting, the duct tape should be just wide enough to cover the screen alone...
