Outlook and palm OS

Woah just noticed alot of things not coming over from Outlook 2002. I configured the intellisync but am I correct to assume that there is no preset for business and home address?

And this is just the pocketpc side of me talking but I would've guessed after 5 OS's they would've made a contact list more compatable with outlook.

I have the same setup starstreak, and everything synched over fine. No missing data.

I need help then. How did you get all data to come over? I just noticed all my birthdays and annaversaries for the address book is gone.
