Please help me download movies

I am really new at this and i am overwhelmed. I am using cuteftp and I go to 24.62.73.124. I transferred the office clip. It is on my PC. What is the next step? Do I have to convert it? Do I use image converter. I have been searching - so please do not be upset with me. I have been at this for hours. Thanks for your help.

Um..what 'office' clip??

Depending on what format that 'office' clip is in will depend on whether or not you will have to use ImageConverter to convert it.

Get back with some more details and you will have a lot of help on here. :D

"The Office" clip is a shockwave object - that is how it transferred. Perhaps I should have chosen a different one to view. I have also loaded "Image Viewer". I am at a total loss. Thanks for not jumping all over me. I just got the UX50 and I read about what all of you can do - and I want the same.
