Any PiDirect alternatives?

I'm running low on memory, and PowerRUN doesn't really do well for me since most of my applications have a PC conduit (Clie Mail, Bonsai, DayNotez, HandStory, HanDBase, WorldMate, Splash ID, WordSmith), and I find out that most applications need to be installed at RAM in order for the conduit to work.

I'm too used to PiDirect under PalmOS 4.1, so is there any workarounds that is available for PalmOS 5?

I have Handstory, Worldmate, and Wordsmith on MS using power run and haven't had any conduit problems. When I sync, the updates are put in RAM and then when I open the program it sees the updates. When I close the program the latest updates go back to MS. I haven't used the other programs you mention.
