Anyone use CuteFTP? I need some help

I downloaded CuteFTP and I can reach the site to download movies and videos. It says the one I selected has been transferred to "MyDocuments" When I click on it in MyDocuments it says I need another program to open it. What is the next step. Thank you in advance for your help.

It seems there is nothing wrong with CuteFTP. You apparently do not have a program installed to open the video you downloaded through CuteFTP. What kind of file is it? .mqv, .mov, .avi, .mpg??? We need this info to help you out a little more.
