I am a student and can't afford a T665. I don't care much about the multimedia performance. t615 and sj30 seems to be good choices. But are they too old models?
T615 is very thin but is its battery very week?
sj30 have a good battery, but it's thicker.
Are there any more differences between them?

Well, the T615's screen's reds aren't as vibrant. It also has a metal case, enhanced IR port (for remote control capabilities), and a loud, vibrant polyphonic speaker. The SJ30 is shorter, thicker and in my opinion has one of the quietest speakers on any handheld. I've owned both, and the SJ30 is my current model. I switched from the T615C to it for the better screen, stronger battery life and the shorter height. The SJ30 fits better in my hands, and is easier to grip. I would try going to a store, and holding a T665C and SJ30 to see what you like best. If you like the T665C, then try getting a refurbed/returned one to Best Buy or some place or try eBay.
