before the MODs told me to stop distributing the TH55's netfront 3.1... well, i have PM some CS members the download link for netfront 3.1 (JP), and even have sent a ZIP file of it as an attachment.

in around the 20 members that have requested me for the app - only two have replied back saying that either "thanks" and/or they have "received the app a-ok"

as for the other 18-so-and-so?

i would at least expect someone saying "hey, ive downloaded your app... hey, ive gotten the attachment a-ok," etc. etc.

*i wonder*

i do this stuff because i would like to repay the gratitude that was accorded to me in the past - like when i desperatedly needed a JackSprat backup for the T-615C, etc. etc.

unfortunately, things like these do happen - and there is nothing to do about it but just live with it...

Well, you were generous and that is what counts.:) I know the feeling of not getting a thanks, but the thanks that I have recieved and the mutual friendships I have made with those people have more than made up for not hearing thanks from everyone.:)

Then stop giving out the app to ungreatful pigs? Just a thought.

Dear clie_wannabe,

I prefer doing a "Thanks in Advance" over explicitly sending a 'received' email. This helps cut down on emails going back and fourth....

BUT, I do understand your sentiment over this issue. This world isn't a nice enough place.
