Japanese NZ

How does one go about getting an Japanese NZ if one lives in USA? In addition, is the Japanese NZ supposed to be cheaper / more expensive than the English version? I saw one shop that carries the Japanese version for around US$850. Thank you for the help.

Jap version is cheaper than US version, just got one for around US$600 in Hong Kong.

Quite expensive really. Costs more than the US version. And when you think the battery and wifi are £100 each .... ahhhh
