Help! Movie but no sound?

I just converted Matrix Revolutions trailer onto my UX... Picture quality, playing everything good... except it has no sound!!! Help me!

Okay nevermind... I guess after a thorough search, I'm not the only one with this problem... but man, do I really have to go through all the stuff listed by previous members to get sound? Sounds so crazy... and the trailer looks so good in widescreen vs. when I had it on my Zire 71... :(
