Files~Can I Delete???

I've seen similar posts but have a specific. What is the "English Language Pack" and can I delete it with no repercusions? Still looking for more space here..... Any other space hogs I can delete? Piscal is gone.. kept Docs To Go...

if you speak English, you may want to hang on to that set of files!
I also deleted Piscel, as well as sone of the cutesy sound files.
