A few questions I have not seen posted here...

1. Anyone using Launcher X? Any issues? If no go then any other suggestions? Tried ZLauncher and while nice I really like Launcher X better...

2. Am I missing something but is landscape mode choice missing?

3. How in blazes do you map the silk screen "Home" icon to the APPLICATION LAUNCHER?

4. The Clie Organizer seems to have pretty much linking options to everything but contacts? i.e. drag a contact to the Datebook tab to create a link to it?

Thanks!

Hi Kenny,

Welcome to Cliesource!!

1) You can check out the poll in the Launcher section here, but the vast majority of Clie users prefer ZL. If you don't like it, YiShow and AppShelf were nearly tied with LX for second. AppShelf has some unique features for TH users, since it has a setting that allows it to show up under the Applications tab of Clie Organizer (CO).

2) No, you're not missing anything. Clies don't have a landscape switching mechanism button like the PalmOne units do. The only way to get landscape is if apps have added landscape support in.

3) In CO, Menu-Options-Clie Organizer Prefs, uncheck Assign to Home.

4) Not sure what your question is here, but the Datebook doesn't link to contacts, todos, or memos.

Thanks.. I will check out AppShelf today..

Too bad about not linking contacts to appointments. That is a feature I really like about KeySuite.

GRRRRRRRRRRR on no built in landscape too...
