Seeking: App that mimics Outlook's Calender

Is there a nice date book app that mimics Outlook's Calendar? By this I mean supports things such as labeling, coloring according to category, that sort of thing.

Also, is there a program that mimics Outlook's 1 Day view? I find that the default date book with the text and lack of visually being able to see your appointment's time block. By that I mean I don't want just a stupid line on the left hand side of the screen showing the times of my appointment, I'd like a view more like the default date book's Weekly view, except a 1 day equivalent to that with more detail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway, Agendus 6 is another option that will do what you are requesting.
