Hi, apart from Netfront, is there any software that I can use to browse the web in NX70V?
If yes, can you post the pros and cons of each software?
Thanks and regards,
Eric

These appear to be the most popular:
WebProV
Blazer
Xiino
PocketLink
No one browser is perfect, I use WebProV and Blazer myself, but my needs are simple. PocketLink was trouble and I never tried Xiino. NetFront got the big boot! All the others are smaller, faster, and can be placed on the memory stick.

It looks like it's possible using Blue Tooth and WiFi. Please see the wireless forum threads about this very subject. If you trying to access the Internet via the USB HotSync cable, then no one that I know of has been able to get it to work. I not sure if it's even possible.
i am a former pocket pc user, and on my cassiopeia i could surf via usb cardle. yet i couldnt get a specific answer at the sony support wheather it is possible to surf that way. if anyone surfs this way, may he share his secret with us.

My mistake, I was replying to an earlier post as to browsers in general... (laimanh's post) While I have had success with IR->GRPS cell phone connections, I haven't gotten web access via USB cradle to work yet.

Thanks for all your help. I have got the WebProV and it works fine with my NX70V. I have also tried to use Pocketlink but unfortunately with fatal error when I run that program everytime.

I like Netfront, just wish there was a mobile version of the Cliesource website...hint hint....or is that not possible...I mean I don't need the entire undead thread on my handheld.

When I was a PPC user way back when, yes I could do it from my serial connection cradle, NOT USB, as it was a serial only. PocketLink does not work for me no matter what. I will repeat, with the Clie, I am told it's NOT possible to surf the web via the cable/cradle. I can surf, sync, or whatever from the cradle, but only by wireless connection.
