help illegal instruction message after hard reset

ok for some reaon my clie displays this after a hard or soft reset

Emul68kMain.c,Line:403, illegal insruction CCC8 at address 005fi268

and then it prompts me to press the reset button

i do this and

try to uninstall the reasant program that you installed in your clie, I had the same problem with world mate and when I took it off, it worked fine
