TJ37 or TH55 ???

I don't see any 'significant' difference between the TJ37 and TH55 except
-- TH55 has 320 x 480 while TJ37 has 320 x 320 lcd
-- TH55 has voice recorder
-- TH55 can sync via WiFI (why can't the TJ37? is there any software workaround?)

so, are the above features worth the extra $100

Well, the TJ37 has the thumb controls on the front, while on the TH55 has them on the back. That can be a real bother, as some reviewers have pointed out. As for the resolution size, remember the TH55 uses a virtual graffitti area, whereas the TJ37 has a fixed graffitti area. There are times when the larger area is very welcome.

There's a big difference in their processors too. (Big diff. to some at least).

the TJ 37 is the same Processer as that of TJ 35. You don`t want that. Get the TH 55.

Good point, the TH55 uses the Sony engine which maxes out at 123mhz, while the TJ37 runs at 200mhz (the type escapes me at the moment). But having used the UX50 with the Sony engine and an NX80, I haven't found that to be a big issue. Also, while both have 32mb ram, the TH55 makes all 32mb available to the end user, while the TJ37 only allows 23mb.

Also there's a difference in available RAM & ROM. 

RAM:  The SJ-37 has 32Mb RAM, but only 23Mb is available to the user.  The TH-55 has all 32Mb Available.

ROM:  The SJ-37 has 16Mb ROM, but TH-55 has 32Mb.

There's also the new Clie Organizer software on the TH55. That coupled with the hires screen sold it for me (preordered on BB)

I forgot--the purported excellent battery life. I can't be near a charger all the time like you T3 folks.

It's an i.Mxl processor on the 35/37, AFAIK
