image manipulation

can anyone recommend a program for manipulating jpg files that runs on palmOS

must be able to do the following to jpg files:

- open them (duh!)
- scale them (change resolution)
- save them
- rotate them

a freeware utility would be preferable.

did i miss something on the gimp site? i could not find a palm version - of course this might just be newbie ignorance of gnu software - and the sysreq of 30 megs min and 200 megs for full install it didn't seem like it would work on my nx70v.

what did i miss?

Oops, my bad. GIMP is for the PC. I missed the PalmOS part on the original post. >_>

I guess small fonts DO damage your eyes...
