Running App When Clie Turned On

Is there anyway I can run an application (namely my To Do List) when I turn my NX on?

I don't know about the NX, but I can just turn my NR on with the todo hard button and todo runs. Same with the other hard buttons, they turn on the device and run the app assigned to them.
