Changing my Sony MSPRO 256 to a Sandisk MSPRO 512

I'm a proud owner of a NX80V and I'm upgrading my MS Pro today from a Sony 256 ms pro to a Sandisk 512 ms pro, I've copied all the information from my 256Mb to my hard drive and later I copied all the information (same Directories structure and files) to the 512 memory stick but I can't see the programs on my new Sandisk 512 MS.  However, the music works fine.

Am I missing something?  Please help
