DataBase5 problems on the NX70V

I installed the DB5 on my NX70V and everything is working fine except the alarms. When I have an alarm go off, I hear it, but the window that specifies what the alarm is reminding me to do does not appear for about 10-15 seconds after the alarm sounds.

I have looked at all the preferences, but can't seem to find anything that will make the window appear as soon as the alarm is triggered...any ideas??

That has been the way it has always been as long as I have been registered (4 years). Would be nice to see it asap though.:)
