probs when installing ZLauncher 4.x

i seem to encounter a problem when i tried upgrading my 3.6 ZLauncher to the latest version (4.x)...

it resets my entire launcher settings - icons for each category, which apps (and their icons) to which category, the theme as well as the background image, etc. etc.

what is the best way to upgrade ZLauncher without going through the hassle of setting up ANEW all the preferences?

To keep the catagory settings for the apps in RAM, you can go to the options and copy ZLaunchers categories over to the system categories. Then copy those settings back after upgrading. I don't think the rest of the stuff can be saved though since there are some many changes to the launcher when it comes to the customization of the icons and stuff.
