I got my Sony NX70V last year, november to be exact, and also i got the 3 years replacement plan with it, so today i went to this Best Buy store in Route 10 East Hanover, New Jersey, to upgrade my clie, I told them that I wanna upgrade my handheld to the NZ90, first of all the people there are mean and they took like a half an hour just to get me, then, they didn't do it because they said the Sony clie is working ok, and if it was damaged they have to check it first with the technician, if it's working they won't exchange it anyway, so my $ 60.00 replacement plan didn't work, and personally i think the salesmen in BBuy lied to me, when they told me that i can upgrade or exchange it for any reason even i droped the unit by accident.
Get your unit in Circuit City they have better Return Policy No hassles, I Know because my wife got there an Ipaq 3835 and she upgrade it 2 times, now she has the 5455, no problem, no hassles.
