MS Pro

[NR...NR]

I was on online chat with 2 sony officials who said that they would have a patch for the NR series allowing it to use the new MS pro (which goes up to 1GB!!) in april of 03. Does anyone else know of this?! I don't see why there would be a compatability issue... it is the same size, soooo wheres the problem?

Well, size is not everything, there are other problems: for example an os limitation of 4 and other stuff. They were most certaily talking about NX drivers as they are to be released around that time

This is incredibly unlikely since I believe someone said that the new format needs an ARM powered processor to recognize the new MS.
