What to expect? (NR70v to NZ90)

I want to move up to the NZ90, but I am worried about the switch to the new OS5.

Any words of encouragement or advice?

OS5 is identical to OS4, the differences were to accomodate the new processors that are used on OS5 devices. The display you see on the Clie ads is actually the Sony Clie Launcher, which they only ship with OS5 units, you can turn it off and the desktop looks like the standard Palm one.
