Help!!!!!!!!!!

i installed a new audioplayer 3.1, but when i try to ues it, it says "Asoftware library required for this application is missing, or this device dose not support Memory Stick media." Also, i can't use the Voice Rec.
Please help!!!!!!!!!

What Clie are you using? You may need to install the SonyMMUtilLib.prc along with the audioplayer. This may correct the Voice Rec too, but I'm not sure. If it doesn't, delete the software you installed and do a soft reset. That should work.
