I was wondering if anyone knew of a DA/Hack for the Jog Dial or Back button on a NX70V? I am looking for a program that would allow me to switch from one program to another without first going through the Launcher. I used to use a program that came with Launch'Em on my Palm 515. When a stoke was made from the Calc to the main screen it would popup a list for favorite/recent programs. What I am looking for would be like QuickLaunch+ in ZLauncher when you hold down the back button. I was wondering if knew of a program like this that could be used wile in another program other than ZLauncher?

There is a hack called SwitchHack, which used to jump back and forth between programs when you made a swipe from left to right across the graffiti area. It doesn't seem to work on my new Clie, however.

Oops. It does work on my Clie -- I was just not doing it correctly. You swipe from the "applications" area into the graffiti area. Works fine. Check it out at http://www.deskfree.com/SwitchHack.html

P.S. I have no financial interest in the company.

:) McPhling is great. I couldn't get it to work with the back button but it works with the Jog Dial. Thanks for the help.

Okay, now I have McPhling come up with the capture button and TealLaunch come up with the Back button.

All that combined with NR buttons and YiShow and my Clie is a lean mean launching machine.

Now all I need is some non-launcher apps...

:D

I tried setting this up  on my NX70V and couldn't get it to work with the capture putton. :(

I have been using the "Jog Push" in McPhling and it works great.  I origionaly had VFS support turned on but it took way to long to popup the menu that way.  Is there a way to trick apps like McPhling to think that some, not all, apps are in main memory?
