Is there a pseudo official nickname for Clie Users?
I signed my last post with "... fellow Cliet." but that doesn't sound right.
Any thoughts or suggestions out there? maybe we can start something.
Trekkie/Trekker is to Star Trek fans as ???? is to Clie users.
Anybody?

How about.."Glutton for punishment"?
Stick around Sony for a while...you'll know what I mean!

How about "problem solvers". If we have problems, we solve them. Can't look to Sony for answers. I'm still trying to get my Wifi working. Wrote to Sony customer support detailing all configurations and equipment down to the model numbers of router, etc. They recommended "opening the network settings perference and choosing Wireless from the options." Brilliant! Why didn't I think of that?!

Yeah well Customer Support People are typically dense anyhow. I only know of a few that actually knew what the hell they were advising about. People like that never last in those positions. They either get promoted/transferred to be of better use elsewhere, or get dropped/tainted.
Seriously though... any suggestions that make sense and sound positive?

I use the term "another person that runs a Clie" but admittedly it isn't catchy or rythmic in any way. :)

After my previous run in with Sony, I think we should not use Clie but Sony...
How about Sonofa... :D
And what is going on with Sony 'UK' or rather Sony Europe (because the Sony Operators don't speak that good English, especially when you get angry, and my French isn't that good - though my Spanish is much better, but then they didn't understand that, although I did swear rather alot :D ).
So what can I say? Sony - who don't help at all? Or Palm who help, only at a rather large cost?
All I can say is... If there is a company out there that has better customer support then Sony AND Palm, then they'd be onto a winner (or weiner as the Sony Spokesperson may say).

I remember someone on the ClieSource forum called "ClieTaurus" - I presumed he/she is a Clie user whose sign is Taurus ... or he/she is a "she" ;)
Of caurse, if you are a "he", you can call yourself a "TestiClies" ... with "s" at the back ... the "s" is important unless you are Lance Armstrong ... :D

Or better yet, how about "Sony's suckers"?
"Foolish Americans Who Give All Our Money To A Japanese Company And Get Unhelpful Service In Return"? Perhaps just "Fools" for short. (No offense to the Japanese :D )
Future Users of PalmOne Products? A "FUPP" for short?
