New NR70 User and need some help

I just got a NR70 and i love it recently my keypad stopped working.I would like to know if there is a system setting that did this or if my clie is defective.

Also i am looking for some softwear (pref. freeware)

A video player
and a Remoce control program.

Wow, the keyboard shouldn't stop working at any time, just make sure you're at an input line. If you write using Graffiti, you should be able to use the keyboard.

As for video software, the best for the NR70 is Kinoma (www.kinoma.com)

There are quite a few remote control programs out there, I believe OMNI remote is one of the most popular.
