I've read post stating that the jog dial is now in front of the unit but I really cann't see it, where is it? (TH55)
Does it still have the same funtionality, up, down, back?

No, it's not in the front. That's what TJ37 has.
TH55 has its jog dial at the top of the back, which supposedly would require the user to use his/her middle finger (yes.. the finger) to roll over.
Imagine what it would be if one operates the job dial while facing other people.... :)

Uh oh...
Since Unregistered mentioned it, using the jog wheel (as I now call it) on the back of the unit raises some questions and interesting possibilities. One could actually get away with flipping someone off while using the TH55, because that is the finger they'd use to operate the Jog Wheel.
My lingering question I haven't found an answer to is this; can either the left or right buttons be re-mapped to serve the function of the back button or is there a current TJ25/35 program that does this?
i think it would feel more natural to use your index finger instead of your middle one

T1000X: On the Th55 there is a back-button in addition to the left/rights (Ironically, it's at the back - that button just to the above and left of the camera lens)
On the TJ's I dunno.....
