I don't get exactly what you mean... but if you're talking about "This application requires 5.476 with SP3 Rev2" then forget it. I want an OS5 app to be compatible with any OS, not just 5.2! Of course bugfixes are a different topic.

I think he means that instead of buying a new clie to get the latest versions of Palm OS, Sony would release updates to the Palm OS for their current models. Correct me if Im wrong.
