how to hard reset an NX73

Sorry for such a boring question - but ive just sold my NX73 (am getting a UX0 soon) and need to hard reset it before I send it off. How do I do a hard reset?

Hold the power button down and do a reset with the little pin or whatever implement you use(stylus etc.) Then release the pin and the power button after you see "Palm" come up on the screen. You will then get a query about erasing all data. Follow the on screen directions and voilà!
The manual details this better than I(hint hint);)
