Can't Delete Program-Stops at Program??

Can't selete any programs. I have SJ30 with OS 4.1. When I go to applications it stops right at Kinoma and no more apps load. It freezes and I have to do a reset. I have Uninstall Manager and when I get down to Kinoma it stops and freezes. Obviously I can't even delete any programs from Kinoma on. Any solutions??? Help appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like a corrupt file. Try a warm reset (hold page up while doing a soft reset), then try to delete Kinoma, or perhaps the app that would come alphabetically after Kinoma. After you delete the offending file, do a soft reset to get back to normal. You can do the deletion with MS Gate, Filez, or T'Catalog w/o losing the data associated with the programs. Then just reload a fresh copy from the original archive.

I have a primer on resets on my website. A warm reset will disable hi res support and other things, but you'll be able to delete obstinate files with any of the above-named file managers.
