Does the TH55 work with the T/NR/NX series cradles?

Well, I was able to use an NX70 in my T415 cradle, so I'm not sure what the difference is?

There's no difference in the connector and width of the T and NR/NX cradle, in the NX cradle the CLIE sits at a lower angle.

man, no craddle in the TH...I hope sony is not dropping craddles for the other new releases. I know it would lower the cost...

They do have as a option................For the TH 55

Yeah you have to buy it - she bottom shap if the TH55 suggests it won't fit in regular T-series cradle :(

But still, I'm waiting to see for sure...!

I don't mind using a cable instead of a craddle, specially if it makes the TH55 more expensive.

cables are fine. the option just makes it more easy to deal with.

on the dony site it says Th55.but it sue does look it might fit the TJ and TH series. Just from looks.

If the only issue with the cradle is the way it sits, a dremel and a free hour will fix that. It is just a pass through for the cable anyway, the rest of it is molded plastic. We can fix that.!!!!

Hey, I remember seeing in my local CC a new Sony released cradle that was a complete redesign. It was all black, had no sides and a clear plastic back on it. I'm sure if the TH series will come with a cradle it would have the new one.

Or, since I have an extra cradle for my current TG50, I might just try dremeling out the sides, creating custom metal pieces and putting it back together. Hey, I've done more drastic things! And if I ever get that done, I might even post pictures of the final product.

You can use the TJ 25 and TJ37 (& others that fix it too) cradle PEGA-UC55. The TH 55 will be sold on the 14th in Japn

No, I don't mean the TJ series, I mean the original T-series, i.e. T415/T615/T665.

Ok the T615, T 665 cradle (PEGA-UC55) will fix the TH 55 device. Is this what your asking?

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I have a T415 w/cradle. I would like to be able to use that cradle with the TH55. Does anyone know if this will be possible?

NO it will not fix the T415 its model number (USB Cradle (PEGA-UC600) NOT COMPATIBLE sorry :(

Hmmm, not good. The cradle and my 128MB MS are the only Sony accessories that I have. This narrows the gap between my choosing a TH55, and a T3.
